Reilly Heine, Associate Director of Talent & Platform, joined the firm in 2022 and works closely with our portfolio companies on all their talent initiatives.

Prior to joining Oak HC/FT, Reilly was a Partner at High Slope, an executive search firm with an innovative equity-based model, where she partnered with and advised founders at high growth software technology companies on all things talent. Before that, she was Head of Talent at Kaia Health Software, a digital therapeutics startup based in Brooklyn and Munich.

Reilly received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
